We will shortly setup your device to operate a fully licenced version of the ERS.
At the same time we will deactivate the licence that was originally installed on your device.
This is all done remotely. You do not need to have your device on or deliver it to us.
Once the switchover is complete, you will be sent an email to let you know what the new login and passwords are.
Please use a desktop computer when setting up you ERS.
After you access ERS for the first time, you will need to complete a number of steps to personalise it to your patrol and vehicle.
