If you have ordered an Electronic Reporting System, you might want to prepare the following:

• The email address(s) we will use to send reports to that are submitted by your patrollers
• A list of all the places of interest that you want to appear in the drop-down options, such as Schools, Parks, Public Areas, Transport Hubs etc.
• A list of all your individual patroller's names who might be completing a form. You may want to add their mobile number to their name, for example "Jo Brown 0223456789". 
• We will allocate you an email address of "your callsign"@communitypatrols.nz. You can choose another if you want to use both in the free email service offered with this plan. For example rotorua@communitypatrols.nz
• You may be eligible for our quick start-up offer. Click here to know more.

If you have ordered a Website, you might want to prepare the following:

• The Domain name you have or would like to have associated with the website
• Text for the Home page, About Us page and the Contact Us page
• Any pictures, graphics and logos that you want included in the website
• Your sponsors details and logos
• We will allocate you an email address of "your callsign"@communitypatrols.nz. You can choose another if you want to use both in the free email service offered with this plan. For example rotorua@communitypatrols.nz
