Electronic Data Reporting
How much fun is it trying to decipher what it is that someone has written on a paper form in half dark conditions while the patrol vehicle is moving?
What if you could be using an electronically produced form incorporating the correct descriptors for NZCP requirements?
With your Electronic Reporting System patrollers are guided through a prepared form that has most of the information already contained within the form. Using various selection methods such as drop-down menus patrollers will create a concise report and have it transmitted to the patrol (and Police, if applicable) in real time, as the report is completed.
ERS contains three modules.
Module 1: Full reporting of a patrol commencing and ending. Includes provision for the police report number, patrollers' details, start time, odometer reading and more. You can adjust the form to meet the particular requirements of your patrol.
Module 2: Minor incident reporting of events as they unfold during a patrol. This is a much shorter version of the Module 3 reporting below. Designed for quick (15 - 30 seconds) reports on patrol actions that do not require further immediate action.
All this delivered electronically to the cloud store and your patrol, the moment it happens. You can adjust the form to meet the particular requirements of your patrol.
Module 3: Full reporting of all serious events as they unfold during a patrol. These include the actual time and date, the official description of an event, person identifications, property reporting and everything else needed to detail an incident. All this delivered electronically to the cloud store and your patrol, the moment it happens. You can adjust the form to meet the particular requirements of your patrol.
